Over the course of his freight-sector career in CT, Andrew Allis served 23 years as an account executive with New England Motor Freight in Meriden and two years as a sales representative with Friedman's Express in Northford. He also worked for several years as an account manager with Plymouth Rock Transportation in Stoneham, MA. Andrew Allis previously found success in real estate, serving from 1985 to 1991 as owner/broker of Century 21 offices in Guilford, CT.

While at Century 21, he concurrently served a year as assistant pastor with the Assembly of God Church in nearby Old Saybrook. In further efforts two help local people, he volunteered at both the Goodwill Store and the Branford Food Pantry.

Today, Mr. Allis remains committed to religious and spiritual matters, attending theological conferences on a regular basis. His other pursuits include reading, watching movies, playing tennis, attending Broadway plays, and relaxing at the beach.
